Instructions to Join the ListServ

  1. Email your request to Sheila Cavanagh Membership Director, with your full name so your membership can be verified.
  2. You will receive an email with the subject line "Shafe2 has invited you to join CFFU." If this does not arrive, check your spam folder and add it as a safe sender. This may take a few days to arrive because the ListServ moderator might be out fishing!
  3. You MUST click on "Join this Group" or follow the instructions in the message.
  4. Contact Jeff Gordon if you still cannot join or if you have questions.

The "ListServ" is our primary communication tool.  This online member-only discussion group covers everything from questions about fly fishing gear, updates on outings, fly tying questions, and more. Once signed up you will be able to send and receive CFFU-related emails.

Important Information

  • Post your group message to: [email protected] or click on "Reply to Group" at the bottom of a previous message.
  • It is NOT advisable to send emails  to individual members through this method because there is a possibility it could go to the entire distribution list.
  • If you prefer not to receive individual emails throughout the day, you may request the digest version which arrives at the end of the day with the messages from earlier.
