Jim’s presentation gave the participants an overview of the common aquatic insects complete with the terminology and examples of application to fly fishing in regional waters. Richard and Margaret Slabaugh - thank you for making the art of grilling appear easy, the hamburgers, hot dogs and brats were cooked to perfection. Gary Howard, your beverage was definitely the brew of choice! Thank you. Richard Wilson - your contribution to the club is unfailing, thank you for all the work and support that you provide. Carl Lang you are a truly an inspiration, the attention you devote to projects / events is incredible. This Tech Thursday was a giant success due to your efforts. The peach pie you prepared was extremely appealing. I have to give a special thank-you to my husband John Coldiron for his support in this project. Carl can attest that John is a brilliant shopper. The sliced and diced tomatoes and onions were perfect condiments to the grilled hamburgers. Thank you to all participants, your contributions to the BBQ made the meal and the class a success. Meloney Welborn your enthusiasm to the sport of fly-fishing is simply fun; Ty Espinoza loved your crawdad, everyone who returned from the river with specimens made the class fun. Tim AuYoung, even though you were unable to attend the class and BBQ, I truly think you would have enjoyed the event you managed from a distance. Now it is time for John and I to go fishing, hope to see you on the water.
